Routine Plant Services
- Review the daily plant test records compiled since the previous service call
- Check the status of the current treatment program
- Conduct a point-by-point discussion with your operating personnel on any problems
- Inspect all water handling equipment, particularly during plant turnarounds
- Calculate material balances on all systems and check chemical inventory levels
- Install and/or remove corrosion coupons and perform a microbiological control analysis
- Complete and submit a written report of findings and recommendations to designated personnel
Field Service
Even the most sophisticated water treatment program is only as good as the service representative supporting the technology. At Jamestown, we strongly believe that periodic review by a highly qualified service engineer is an indispensable part of any successful water treatment program. With the use of our products, Jamestown offers our technical support services at no additional cost. Such a comprehensive program is provided to insure that you recieve the maximum benefit and performance from your water treatment program.
Our field service representatives have an average of over 10 years of actual “Hands-on” industry experience overseeing a wide variety of water handling equipment. In addition, many of our managers have been awarded the Certified Water Technologist (CWT) designation by the Association of Water Technologies (AWT), a leading professional trade organization.
Always On-Call
We will be available 24 hours/day, year round, should emergency service be required. During your Sales Engineer’s service visits, he will be available to ensure that all concerned parties are thoroughly instructed in the implementation of the treatment program.
